Client Spotlight: Kevin’s Legacy Lift

Kevin’s transformation didn’t just change his physique — it redefined his future.

In his interview with Ryan, Kevin talked about the struggle of juggling work, family, and his own health. Like so many busy men, he found himself putting everyone else first… until it caught up to him.

But once Kevin committed to the 3M structure, things changed fast.

He dialed in his workouts. Locked in his nutrition. And most importantly, he showed up every day with a purpose.

The latest update?
He sent us a proud photo, flexing beside his son, both of them looking like absolute warriors.

This is what legacy looks like. Leading by example. Building strength that echoes through generations.

Kevin’s progress reminds us that the most powerful transformations start with one decision: to show up and do the work — no matter what.

Most Asked Question: How Strict Should I Be on Cheat Days?

Cheat days trip up a lot of guys—especially men over 40 aiming to get shredded. Here’s the truth:

  • Cheat days aren’t free passes. Use them to reset mentally, not wreck your progress.

  • Aim for 80/20, not 100/0. Stick to your plan most of the time; controlled indulgences keep you sane.

  • Choose quality over quantity. One real slice of pizza beats a dozen junk food bites.

  • Time your cheats. After tough workouts or social events—not random snacking.

  • Remember your goals. Cheat days fuel motivation, but if they turn into cheat weeks, it’s time to refocus.

Be smart, stay on track, and use cheat days to boost—not break—your progress.

Training Ground Rules: The Real Way to Get Shredded

Most guys who stall in the gym aren’t failing because of their effort.
They’re failing because of their structure.

This week, we dropped a no-BS breakdown of the 3 Ground Rules every client should follow when training with fat loss in mind.
They’re simple. But powerful:

  • You don’t need more variety — you need more intensity and consistency.

  • Lifting heavy while trying to lose fat is not optional. It’s required.

  • If your workout “burn” is the main goal, you’re chasing the wrong metric.

Whether you’re just starting or you’ve been lifting for years, these rules will keep you grounded and focused on real results, not distractions.
