Client Spotlight: Tony – The 90 Days That Changed Everything
Tony calls his transformation “the 90 days that changed everything,” and it’s easy to see why. “I’d been carrying this monkey on my back for about a dozen years,” he said. “My BMI always put me in the ‘obese’ category, and I kept thinking, how can that be? But I knew I had to make a change.”
When his doctor suggested statins to manage rising cholesterol, Tony decided to take control naturally. He found 3M Coaching and committed to a personalized program built around his lifestyle. “What do I have to lose?” he said. “I thought, let’s go for it.”
Tony’s approach was simple, but disciplined. Using his garage gym with a squat rack and dumbbells, he tracked every meal and macro in MyFitnessPal. “Two plus two equals four — you just have to believe and trust the process. You hit the gym, crush your workouts, and track your macros—but are you drinking enough water? Most men underestimate how critical hydration is for fat loss, energy, recovery, and joint health.
Water isn’t just for quenching thirst. It’s essential for every cellular process in your body. Proper hydration helps your muscles contract efficiently, keeps joints lubricated, and aids digestion and nutrient absorption. Neglect it, and you risk fatigue, slow recovery, and even poor performance in the gym.
