Pro Tip: The 30-Second Reset Rule
Next time you're spiraling — missed a meal, skipped a workout, stress-eating on autopilot — try this:
→ Name it. Snap out loud: "I'm spiraling."
→ Stand up. Move to a different space (literally).
→ Count backward from 30 while breathing slow.
It interrupts the pattern.
And in that gap? You regain control.
Small move. Big win. Reset > Regress.
