This weekend, I had the privilege of training with one of our legacy clients who’s turning 70 in just two months — and let me tell you, he looks and moves like he’s in his 40s.
We snapped a photo at the gym together, and it’s more than just a cool moment — it’s a reminder.

This isn’t just about abs or macros.
It’s about how your life feels at every stage.
When most people his age are slowing down, he’s lifting heavy, eating with intention, sleeping better than ever, and still hungry to improve.
Not because he’s genetically gifted.
Not because he’s lucky.
But because he’s been relentlessly consistent.
The takeaway?
Aging is inevitable — but how you age is up to you.
Every workout you do now, every meal you prep, every decision to keep showing up…
It’s all shaping your future self.
So if you needed a sign to stay with it — this is it.
