Here are just a few NSVs to look out for:
Clothes fit better (or looser in all the right places)
Improved sleep, energy, and mood
Fewer cravings or more control around food
Getting stronger or feeling more athletic
Improved digestion, skin, or inflammation
Feeling more confident in public or social settings
Better recovery or less soreness after workouts
Here’s a prime example:
